Inside Sales Representative 

Position Summary:

Being the daily sales contact for Pacific Tire Distributors customers and assist with branch daily paperwork and clerical office tasks. This includes customer development and sales of all products and all channels while proactively reaching sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all incoming calls and assigned customer accounts and routes for daily outgoing calls.
Working under the direction of the Branch Manager and Branch Sales Manager
Be aware of customer programs and development to maximize sales and profits with each account and route.
Communication with management on any issues is an important element of the job.
Assisting the Branch Manager with daily paperwork and office clerical work.
Successfully fielding all incoming calls.
Correctly answering inquires as to product questions, availability, pricing and deliveries.
Making product recommendations based on customers needs and product availability.

Consistently make successful outgoing calls (Route Calls) to increase sales and profits.

- Must be willing to make large amounts of outgoing sales calls.

- Able to take rejection and continue to dial.

Call existing customer base in addition to reaching out and getting new business.

Qualifications:


High School graduate or G.E.D. preferred.

Experience with tire sales (retail or wholesale), automotive sales, or customer service is a PLUS.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
